In recent months the UK visitor visa route as undergone an overhaul. A standard visitor visa now allows visa nationals to come to the UK for up to 6 months to engage in tourism, business, family visits, receive private medical treatment or to take part in sports & creative events.

Permitted Paid Engagement Visa

The permitted paid engagement visa allows applicants to come to the UK to do specific paid work without having to be sponsored. You can stay in the UK for 1 month being paid for short-term work and you must show that you will leave the UK at the end of your work.
