Spouse Visa

The UK spouse visa is for visa nationals who are married to a British or Settled citizen living in the UK. Under this route your sponsor (British or Settled spouse) needs to be earning at least £18,600.

Unmarried Partner Visa

The UK unmarried partner visa is for visa nationals who are in a defacto relationship with a British or Settled citizen living in the UK. You will need to demonstrate that you have lived together for two (2) years as well as showing your partner (British or Settled partner) is earning atleast £18,600.

Fiancé Visa

The UK fiancé partner visa is for visa nationals who intend to marry with to a British or Settled citizen living in the UK within the next 6 months. You will need to demonstrate that you have met as well as showing your partner (British or Settled partner) is earning atleast £18,600.

English Requirement

You will also need to meet the English language requirement by passing an English test, having a degree taught in English or being a national of a majority English speaking country.
